Client Challenge

H.B. Stubbs Companies was asked to develop an exhibit and implementation program for General Motors, through which GM could network with dealers at both its large corporate and its smaller business unit levels, while promoting dealer awareness of its products, services and retail strategies.

Strategic Solution

By developing modular exhibit properties that combine into a 24,000 sq. ft. corporate presentation, or subdivide to support multiple GM business unit events, H.B. Stubbs Companies eliminated the expense and need for the individual business units to design, build, manage and store their own exhibit properties. In addition, H.B. Stubbs Companies helped GM develop a collaborative website supporting its 17 business units comprised of 61 product and service groups.
