Newscapade
Client Challenge
The Museum Archive wanted to take its Newseum on the road – recreating the experience of its 50,000 sq. ft. Newseum in Arlington, VA, as a 2,100 sq. ft. Newscapade mobile museum integrated within two 53-ft., double-expandable tractor/trailers.
Strategic Solution
H.B. Stubbs Companies researched anticipated traffic patterns within the trailers, then – without compromising the breadth of the original presentations – rescaled the Newseum content to fit the mobile trailers and ensure even traffic flow. With a 50-seat theater, a 21-kiosk media center, two “blue screen” studios and protected artifact displays, Newscapade became a totally interactive environment, echoing the impact and spirit of Newseum in a highly capable and robust mobile tour.
