With a limited budget and a 15,000-square-foot premium space in the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit, H.B. Stubbs Companies was given the challenge to create an environment in which Detroiters could revel in an intimate, elegant, inviting, up-close and personal jazz experience.

Strategic Solution

Coordinating with the efforts of the general contractor and architects on the overall design and functional plan, H.B. Stubbs Companies used bold color, skewed architecture and non-traditional materials to create an eclectic, yet warm environment and provide a harmonizing backdrop to a vast range of jazz stylings.
